Our service operates without traditional user accounts. Access to premium features is provided through unique access tokens generated upon payment. You are responsible for keeping your access token secure. We are not liable for any loss or unauthorized use of your access token.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' access tokens
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the Service or circumvent rate limits
Share, sell, or transfer your access token to others

Payment and Billing

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. All sales are final - we do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect existing access tokens.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FormulAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Generated formulas are based on standard mathematical notation and are not subject to copyright protection.

Limited Warranty and Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. THE ACCURACY OF GENERATED FORMULAS DEPENDS ON AI PROCESSING AND MAY CONTAIN ERRORS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORMULAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
